Instructions for jacuzzi

To Ensure Water Quality:

We add pool chlorine to the pool in accordance with swimming pool recommendations. Please shower before entering the pool. Also, please use the foot rinse basin located next to the pool.

We add aluminum sulfate to our pools during water changes to keep the pool water clear. Occasionally, a brownish color may accumulate on the pool walls; this is iron and manganese that comes with the iron-rich water. The pool filters remove the iron from the water, so you may also notice it in the filter. The water will clear within 24 hours after a water change. Iron-rich water is not toxic, so it is safe to bathe in.

The pool water is ideal when the temperature is between 35-40 degrees Celsius (optimal at 38°C/mixed water). Please note that due to water changes, the water may be cooler (32-37°C) on the day of arrival.

The heating elements in the pool are not active when the jets are in use. We do not recommend prolonged use of the jets during winter as they cool the water after just 15 minutes.

The pool should rest for 5-6 continuous hours at night to ensure warm water in the morning.

The pool heats up at a rate of 1°C per hour.

Cover the pool with the thermal cover after use to keep the water warm and to prevent the pool system from freezing in winter. This also prevents debris carried by the wind from entering the pool. Do not sit on the cover!

No glass items, such as drinking glasses, are allowed in the pool. Additionally, pets, sharp objects, sauna fragrances, pool toys, and other unnecessary items are prohibited. Playing music in the yard area is also forbidden.

If you have been diagnosed with a serious illness, a heart condition, or are pregnant, it is not recommended to use the pool.

Drinking alcohol in moderation is allowed, but it is not healthy to combine it with a hot bath.

Avoid prolonged continuous stays in the pool; the recommended time is 20 minutes at a time.

Exit the pool if you feel uncomfortable or tired.

Children should always be supervised by an adult while in the pool.

Be careful not to slip when entering or exiting the pool.

Jumping or diving into the pool is not allowed.

Drinking pool water is strictly prohibited!

Do not place outdoor torches too close to the pool or on the deck.

The fault indicator light will turn on if buttons are pressed too quickly. The pool can be reset using the circuit breaker. Not all pools have a circuit breaker, in which case the reset is done using the control panel button in the villa’s electrical center.

For pools with a color display (Aurum and Vip), you can unlock the control panel by pressing the lights and options buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.

The pool must not be emptied. It should always be filled with water so that the pool jets are submerged. If too much water has been displaced from the pool due to an excessive number of people, the pool may malfunction, causing the water not to heat, and the pool may freeze and become damaged. All damage caused by this is the responsibility of the customer. If bubbles rise from the bottom, the water is circulating normally through the heater. If the jets are on, the pool will not heat. Do not turn off the power to the pool!

The person making the reservation is responsible for supervising the proper use of the pool and ensuring the safety of their guests during use.

What to Do If the Pool Goes into Fault Mode (Lock Icon on the Control Panel)?

At Villa Aurum and Vip, the fault mode can be deactivated by pressing the diagonal buttons on the display (Lights and Options) simultaneously for about 15 seconds. In the villas Aallotar, Ilmatar, and Tuuletar, and in villas 2, 5, and 6, proceed as follows: First, select “Mode” to choose “Tools.” Then press the “ON” button. Scroll down using the “Mode” button until you find the “Lock” command. Select “OFF” to release the lock (Lock + = lock open, Lock – = lock closed). If none of the above actions help, there is a main switch near the pool that can be disconnected for 15 seconds and then restarted. Please note, however, that the pool should never be left without power.
