However, please note the following cancellation policy. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"128\" data-end=\"372\"><strong data-start=\"128\" data-end=\"209\">Cancellations must always be made in writing via email to Lehmonk\u00e4rki Resort. <\/strong>A cancellation is considered received at the moment the notification reaches us. Please cancel as soon as possible once you are aware of the change. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"404\">If a reservation is cancelled:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"406\" data-end=\"756\">\n<li data-start=\"406\" data-end=\"473\">\n<p data-start=\"408\" data-end=\"473\"><strong data-start=\"408\" data-end=\"451\">2 months before the rental period begins<\/strong> \u2013 free cancellation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"594\">\n<p data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"594\"><strong data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"519\">1 month before the rental period begins<\/strong> \u2013 we will refund the paid villa rental minus a \u20ac50 cancellation fee<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"676\">\n<p data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"676\"><strong data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"638\">2 weeks before the rental period begins<\/strong> \u2013 we will charge 50% of the villa rental<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"756\">\n<p data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"756\"><strong data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"720\">1 week before the rental period begins<\/strong> \u2013 we will charge the full villa rental<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"896\">Failure to pay does not constitute a cancellation. Lehmonk\u00e4rki Resort reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment has not been received by the due date. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"1141\">If a reservation must be cancelled due to force majeure or circumstances beyond Lehmonk\u00e4rki Resort&#8217;s control, such as fire or water damage, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the rental paid.
