Made beds, bath towels and final cleaning are included in the villa price. We kindly ask that rubbish be taken to the waste shelter and most of the dishes be washed.

  Pets are allowed in some of our villas. Information about pet-friendliness can be found on each villa’s presentation page.

• The villa has 2 extra beds, i.e. sofa beds. Extra beds can be made available upon request when making a reservation. The extra beds are located in the ground floor bedrooms (1 per room).

Check-in on arrival day from 4:00 PM. Check-out on departure day by 12:00 PM (on Sundays by 6:00 PM). The door code will be sent by text message and email on the morning of your arrival day.

The villa’s yard has parking space for approximately 5 cars. Electric car charging points can be found on the map.

We understand that plans can sometimes change. However, we kindly ask you to note the following cancellation terms.

Cancellations must always be made in writing by email to Lehmonkärki Resort.

If the reservation is cancelled:

• 2 months before the rental period begins – free cancellation

• 1 month before the rental period begins – we will refund the paid villa rental minus a €50 cancellation fee

• 2 weeks before the rental period begins – we will charge 50% of the villa rental

• 1 week before the rental period begins – we will charge the full villa rental

A cancellation is considered received at the moment the notification has reached us. We kindly ask you to make the cancellation as soon as possible once you know about the change.
