Made beds, bath towels and final cleaning are included in the villa price. We kindly ask that rubbish be taken to the waste shelter and most dishes be washed.

• The villa has 6 extra beds, which are convertible sofa beds. Extra beds can be made available upon request at the time of booking. Extra beds are located in the following rooms:  
  Forest 2 pcs
  Lake 2 pcs
  Winter 1 pc
  Spring 1 pc

Check-in on arrival day from 4:00 PM. Check-out on departure day by 12:00 PM (on Sundays by 6:00 PM). The door code will be sent via text message and email on the morning of your arrival day.

The villa’s grounds offer parking space for approximately 20 cars. Electric vehicle charging points can be found on the map.  

We understand that plans can sometimes change. However, please note the following cancellation policy.

Cancellations must always be made in writing by email to Lehmonkärki Resort.

If a reservation is cancelled:

• 2 months before the rental period begins – free cancellation

• 1 month before the rental period begins – we will refund the paid villa rental minus a €50 cancellation fee

• 2 weeks before the rental period begins – we will charge 50% of the villa rental

• 1 week before the rental period begins – we will charge the full villa rental

A cancellation is considered received at the moment the notification reaches us. Please cancel as soon as possible once you are aware of the change.
