Welcome to a culinary journey to the heart of Finnish tradition! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to make authentic Karelian pies from scratch: we’ll roll out the thin crusts, fill them with delicious rice porridge, and crimp them beautifully in the traditional style.
Finally, you’ll get to enjoy freshly baked Karelian pies with egg butter and blueberry juice. You’ll also take home the recipes and useful tips so that you can continue the tradition in your own kitchen.
