Our boat taxi offers fast and pleasant charter transportation from Lehmonkärki Resort to Kelvenne, allowing visitors easy access to the wonderful scenery of Päijänne National Park. You can arrange transport and pickup for the same or different days. The departure port is the Lehmonkärki’s marina.
Standard boat taxi shifts

We will run standard shifts in summer 2024 depending on the weather, departure at 10 a.m. and return at 4 p.m. Round trip to the southern end of Kelvenne (Kirkkosalmi). Advance registration, free cancellation 2 days before departure. A shift is run if it has at least 4 registered participants. We will notify customers the day before if the shift does not take place.
Capacity: 7 people + 1 backpack or light rucksack / passenger. Large equipment such as camping chairs and tables are not transported. Max. total load of people and goods 600 kg.

The Lehmonkärki info point is part of our commitment to promote sustainable tourism and environmental sustainability in our region. We aim to provide information and guidance to visitors on environmentally friendly camping practices and respect for nature so that every visit to Päijänne National Park will be a safe and ecologically sustainable experience. Salpausselkä Geopark was awarded the status of a UNESCO Global Geopark in 2022. We are proud to be part of Salpausselkä Geopark, promoting the geological and cultural heritage of the area.
