Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change. However, please note the following cancellation policy.

Cancellations must always be made in writing via email to Lehmonkärki Resort. A cancellation is considered received at the moment the notification reaches us. Please cancel as soon as possible once you are aware of the change.

If a reservation is cancelled:

• 2 months before the rental period begins – free cancellation

• 1 month before the rental period begins – we will refund the paid villa rental minus a €50 cancellation fee

• 2 weeks before the rental period begins – we will charge 50% of the villa rental

• 1 week before the rental period begins – we will charge the full villa rental

Failure to pay does not constitute a cancellation. Lehmonkärki Resort reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment has not been received by the due date.

If a reservation must be cancelled due to force majeure or circumstances beyond Lehmonkärki Resort’s control, such as fire or water damage, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the rental paid. We recommend travel insurance to our customers for potential compensation in case of illness.
